WE People & WE Time A WorkWright demo for Wilkinson Electric
Wilkinson Electric WE People · WE Time

Two apps, built to live inside the WE Hub you already have — hub.wilkinsonelectric.com/people and /time. Your Hub stays yours; these are the two tiles we add to it. Everything in this demo lives inside one of the two, and every screen runs on invented data.

WE Time

Clock in, clock out — the system does the arithmetic. Quarter-hour rounding applied automatically with the raw punch kept, travel and per diem as their own entries, PTO checked against the balance before it is promised, division-scoped approvals built for a span of twenty-two, job reports in hours, and the batch that ends in a Sage import. Its time rules live in its own Settings.

WE People

The system of record that replaces BambooHR: the whole employee record, a directory over your real eight-level shape, self-service changes that wait for HR, onboarding with the July re-acknowledgment campaign, surveys and company files. Hiring — pipeline and careers page — is a section in here, so is the report builder, and so are the access matrix and your policy configuration, under Settings.

What this is — and what it is not. A clickable prototype of the two apps WorkWright is building for you. We are not building or replacing WE Hub: your Hub forwards /people and /time to these apps, and this front page merely stands in for the Hub tiles a signed-in user would tap. The rules behind the screens — quarter-hour rounding, division-scoped approval, batch immutability, the nightly Sage refresh, database-enforced field security — are the ones you confirmed. Where a value is still open, the screen says being confirmed rather than showing a guess. To feel the permissions, pick a seat from the bar above.
