Period 2–15 Aug
Job list as of 4:00 AM today
Offline ready
You clock in and out — the system does the arithmetic. Every punch is kept exactly as it happened, and your hours are rounded to the nearest quarter hour automatically, because that is your company's rounding rule, applied the same way for everyone, every time.
Clocked out
Tap to start your day — the punch is recorded to the minute
Rounding is automatic and visible. Punch at 6:53 and your time counts
from 7:00; punch at 3:34 and it counts to 3:30. The raw minute is stored
too — if a rounding question ever comes up, both numbers exist. Rounding is
to the nearest quarter hour — confirmed 18 August.
Don't guess a job number
Clock in anyway — your time keeps counting. Tell us what you're working
on and the office puts the correct coding on it. A wrong job number
costs more to unpick than a missing one.

Travel, drive time and per diem are still their own entries — they are separate on your payroll, so they are separate here, added from the Period screen or by the office.
No service? Punches save on your phone
About one job in twenty has no signal. Punches save on your phone with their real times and sync when you are back in coverage — nothing is retyped at the end of the day.
What this screen teaches. The punch is the truth and the rounding is
policy: raw times are stored, quarter-hour rounding is applied by the system
— never by memory, never generously, never differently for different people.
The job list carries the time it was copied, and when a job genuinely isn't
there yet, the clock still runs while the coding request goes to the office.
