Careers page Public preview · what a candidate sees
This is the only page in the prototype meant for outsiders Everything else here is an employee or office screen. This one is public: no sign-in, indexed by search engines, and mounted on your own Hub domain at /careers. It is also the load-bearing piece of the hiring module — every job board's “Apply” button can point here.

Upload is disabled in this prototype. In the product the file is stored against your application, not emailed.
Nothing on this form is connected. Pressing the button changes this message and does nothing else — no data leaves your browser.

You can also fax your application to our HR office. We still read the fax line.

The fax line keeps running

Applications reach you two ways today: an online form, and a fax to HR. There is no applicant tracking system behind either. That last sentence is the real size of this change — the hiring module is not replacing a tool, it is replacing paper.

So the fax path continues until you cut over — and past it, if you want A faxed application arrives as an unstructured page, and this pipeline expects a structured candidate. Two honest options, and it is your call, not ours: leave fax outside the system, where it keeps arriving on paper and somebody types it in — which is exactly what happens today and costs nothing — or bring it in, which means a fax-to-document service, a vendor, and a recurring cost per tenant. What we will not do is quietly assume the fax line disappears on go-live day.

Why this page is the whole strategy

Three of the four job boards in your contract gate direct posting behind partner programmes we do not qualify for yet. None of them gate this: a candidate who finds your role on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter or Glassdoor clicks “Apply”, lands here, and their application enters your pipeline as a complete record with a résumé attached.

That is why the careers page is built first and sized generously. It is also strictly better for your candidates' privacy than the alternative: their details land in your database directly, rather than travelling through a mailbox and a parser.

What this screen teaches. A careers page looks like marketing and is actually infrastructure. Every board's apply button pointing at one page you control is what makes “every applicant lands in the pipeline” a promise we can keep for all four boards, on day one, without anybody's permission. One thing it costs you, said plainly: candidates lose one-click apply on the board itself, and some of them will not finish a longer form.
