Approvals Riley Ohm · Field supervisor · North

Week of 10–14 August

North

You see your own division only. North and South run different approval chains, so a South timesheet never lands in this queue — the division on the employee record is what routes it, not a filter you remembered to set.

Nothing unusual

Some rows carry a second approval tag: your sign-off sends them up one more step. Approval depth is set per division — one step or two — and it is configuration, not a fixed rule in the software.
What this screen teaches. A supervisor with twenty people does not want twenty identical rows; they want the three that need thought at the top and the rest in one tap. And a timesheet whose job could not be coded is not approvable here at all — it waits for the office, so a bad line never reaches the payroll file with an approval attached to it.
