Settings Office view · rows you edit, not code we ship
Every panel below looks editable and none of it saves — this is a prototype. What is real is the shape: each one is a table of rows in your tenant's configuration. Changing any of it is an afternoon for an administrator, not a release for us.

Time rounding

Quarter hour
Rounding rule Preview only
Increment The company rule — every punch rounds to the quarter hour
Applied by The system, the same way for everyone, every time — never rounded in anyone's head
Raw punch kept The exact minute is stored alongside the rounded value, so both numbers exist if a question comes up
Method Confirmed 18 Aug: rounds to the nearest quarter hour
Rows in your configuration, not code.
Confirmed, and worth noting how This row read being confirmed until 18 August — the demo showed the rule and left the direction blank rather than guessing, because nearest and employee-favorable produce different paychecks from the same punches. Then you answered, and it became a row edit — which is exactly how every value on this page is meant to work.

Approval depth per division

Illustrative
Time and leave approval chain Preview only
North division Manager, then the manager's manager
South division Manager only
Chain ends at Field ops lead, regional VP, or the CFO — not stated for either division
Rows in your configuration, not code.
The two numbers above are illustrative — read them as a shape, not as your setting What is confirmed: your North and South chains differ, and the depth is either one step or two. Which applies to which division has not been stated, and neither has the person the chain ends at. We have put 2 and 1 on the screen so you can see what per-division depth looks like — not because anybody told us that. Getting this wrong routes approvals to somebody with no authority, or stalls them at somebody who does not know they are in the chain, and both surface in the first live payroll week.

Pay period

Bi-weekly
Period and workweek anchors Preview only
Cycle Two-week periods, assembled into one payroll batch per cycle
Workweek Sunday 12:00 a.m. to Sunday 12:00 a.m. — the overtime clock runs on this week, and only hours actually worked count toward the 40
Current period The one every screen in this demo is showing
Check date Which day of the following week the check lands has not been stated
Rows in your configuration, not code.

The anchors above drive everything downstream: the period the field sees, the week the overtime calculation runs on, and the date range stamped on the payroll batch. They are config rows, not code — a company with a different week is different rows, not a different product.

What this screen teaches. These are rows in Wilkinson's configuration, editable by an administrator without a developer. The rounding increment, the approval depth, the workweek anchor — none of it is a constant in the software, and where a value is genuinely unknown the row says being confirmed rather than showing a number we made up.
